Vintage Heavy Duty Whitney # 20 sheet metal punch W/original stand Rockford IL

for sale is a vintage Whitney metal punch #20 it is as found and in good used condition. It has no broken or damaged parts.  The punch cutter appears to be in good used condition as well.  The cutter punch measures 1/2'' diameter.  The punch was made in Rockford Il. I believe it has been repainted at some point in it's life.  It comes with the original cast iron base. The base has no breaks or repairs either.   The tool does have some surface rust from years of storage. It could use some cleaning and lubrication.
