Vintage Hanson Ace Metric * Tap * Die Threading Center Retail Store Case.
Case showing it's age. There are various signs of wear all along the outside of the case. There is no key for the lock.  Latch on back cover needs some fine tuning. Structure is good overall.
This vintage case was obviously used in a hardware store, perhaps an Ace Hardware Store.  Age of this case is unknown, however, the estimate it was from the 1970's.
Henry L. Hanson, Inc. was an American corporation which started in business on 12/31/1939 and was dissolved on 12/24/1996.
