    Description

    This is a vintage unmarked mid-century art pottery planter.
    It stands approximately 4 ¼” in height and 4 ¾” in width and features a pretty forest green glaze, a pedestal base with an embossed design along the foot and an embossed fruit motif surrounding the body of the planter.
    Due to the two large unglazed wedge shapes on the bottom, I was able to identify this to be a product of the American Bisque Pottery Company, a factory founded in 1919 and located in Williamstown, West Virginia.
    Despite several manufacturing flaws, a few water marks and some discoloration and dirt residue on the interior, this vintage art pottery planter is in very good condition with no evidence of damage.
