Full legnth, slender girth Balance fountain pen, approximately 5-1/16 inches long capped
Golden brown striated celluloid cap and barrel
Gold-filled lever, cap band, and unmarked military clip are clean and bright, with just the tiniest spot of brassing on the lever
White dot identifying a Sheaffer Lifetime pen
Crisp barrel imprint includes "875" marking indicating MSRP of .75 back in its day (1941-1942)
Visulated section darkened but retains transparency to see ink supply
Two-tone 14k gold Sheaffer's Lifetime nib is F/firm and smooth
Overall minimal wear, a very nice example of this World War II vintage fountain pen
