Description
The Sheaffer Imperial III fountain pen from the early 1960s is a fantastic piece of writing equipment that will provide you a lifetime of joy. The small Triumph nib is a shining example of how well nibs can be made. What we have here, though isn't exactly a complete pen. The touchdown ink filling system is missing and the barrel is missing! What is still here is a great-looking grey cap with gold trimmings and clip, together with a section, a feed and a silver-palladium Triumph nib that sits forlornly, waiting for ink that never shows up... :) The nib is F or maybe EF, I think, but I haven't for obvious reasons written a whole lot with it.These parts have been used, but somewhere over the past 60 years, some klutz has misplaced the inner workings and the barrel. Fortunately, this is a fantastic opportunity to acquire spare parts for your Target or Imperial III pen! (The Sheaffer Target from 1960-61 was a forerunner to the Imperial III, and was for all intents and purposes the same pen.
There might be duties levied on this depending on where you live. I can't do anything about that. I will ship the parts tracked and insured though! :) If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! :)
