Sheaffer 1250 Lifetime Triumph , Plunger Filler

Description

A Sheaffer model 1250 Lifetime Triumph in burnt umber.
This model has the heavy 14K conical nib which writes with a smooth fine width line.
Circa late 1940's made in the USA.
Dimensions are 5,1/4" X 1/2"  (132mm X 13mm).
Condition:
There are no cracks or monograms.
The makers mark remains bold.
The plunger filling system will take up a few drops of ink when depressed, but will
require refurbishing to function at full efficiency.
The threads for the filler cap are intact and the this tightens fully.
There are no bite marks to the cap or filler cap.
There are no wear through areas on the gold plated clip or cap trim ring.
