    From the estate of renowned armorist Verne Crofoot is a set of reproduction Pommel Holsters used by horse troops or US Martials. To me this set looks more like Pre Civil War designed for single shot revolvers or dragoon pistols. The large flaps could do with a little shaping as storage has not been kind. No damage or even bad handling marks, making these wonderful for your collection or reenactments. The brass studs are a great added feature with brass end caps showing minor oxidation. Please make sure these fit your need before purchasing.
