RARE Vtg. Bazar Chalk Ware Ethnic Couple-Souvenir Truck Stop 1950's -8 1/2" OLD!

Offering this very unique-hard to find-vintage bazar looking pair of Native American chalk figurines! These two pieces came from a local estate recently, from the old guy who purchased them new at a Truck Stop in Bakersfield, California in the 1950's. He told me about his days as a "Trucker" and some of the things he purchased along 'life's highway'. The taller one of the two stands about 8 3/4" tall, and the other about 8". As you can see, both are a little distressed but nothing major like cracks or serious chips. Looking at these two I have to feel somewhat disturbed about the look in general, kind of like an ethnic-slur of sorts, but they are what they are, and that was a whole different time-so please, I hope that no one takes offense.
