    Description

This auction is for one very nice pottery planter from the 1950's.  The figure is a gypsy with a cart.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks and no crazing.  There is a bit of discoloration due to lime buildup in the cart in the corners as you can see in Photo #1 and #2.  The paint job is wonderful.  It measures 6-3/4" long, 6" tall and 2-1/2" deep.  This would be so cute if it was actually held a green plant!
Photos are part of the description so be sure to look carefully.  This item comes from a no smoking, no pet home. Please note that the white spots or lines on the photos are glare from overhead lights and not damage on the item, unless I so indicate in the foregoing description.
FYI, I am estimating the shipping weight to be 2.5 pounds. Shipping costs for glass, pottery and other breakables may include a packaging fee.  I accept payment by PayPal only.  If I overestimate the weight on your package and so overcharge on shipping, I will refund amounts over .  If I undercharge, I'll eat it. :)  I will never ask you to pay more.  I ship only within the continental United States.  I will combine auctions when possible so contact me or request an invoice if you wish to save on shipping.  I will look forward to receiving payment within 3 days of the end of the auction.  I will ship within 5 business days after I'm notified of payment by PayPal.  I'm often out of town but when possible, I will ship sooner.
I pack very well to be sure your treasure arrives safely.  All the items I sell are vintage and usually pre-owned so are likely not perfect.  However, I do my best to describe the item(s) and its condition accurately and completely.  Although I do not rely
    solely
on photos to describe the items I sell, photos are an integral part of the description, so be sure to look at them all.  I will make a refund only if I have failed to describe some material flaw.
I am constantly on the lookout for interesting vintage items and I'm also paring my own collections, many of which are in boxes, so be sure to check out my store.  You never know what you may find.
If I haven't included information you want to know, please send me a question.  I'll respond as quickly as I can.
