This is a fantastic and rare collection of vintage Swiss Pattern machinist/jewelers files. New condition and gently used condition. These files are made from the highest quality Swiss hardened steel, hardened throughout the entire thickness of the file, not just the cutting surface as is done on the cheap junk ones made today. These may also be tempered and used for high quality tooling applications such as knife blade and chisel making.
