  • Condition: The Leica is in good condition with some minor scratches above the lens. A small mark on the right side of the film loading door. The camera leather is fine except a little bit missing at the bottom of the left side (from behind). The camera is tested with film in November 2020 and works fine. The light sealing is also OK. The lens is in good condition with NO scratches. The aperture ring and the focus ring goes smooth. The external 35 mm viewfinder is nearly new.

    Description

    The attached Jupiter lens has 39 mm tread and is attached to the camera body with a Leica M to 39 mm adapter. The  MD was a simplified model without rangefinder or view-finder, it was intended for use with a microscope or other scientific uses. It was replaced by the MDa in 1966. Film 135-36. Negative format 24x36 mm. Shutter speeds 1/1 to 1/1000 sec.
