    Description

    This Civil War reproduction Hey's Saw is new.
    The Hey saw was used to saw through the skull. It has a steel blade and shaft and ebony handle. The tool was used in trephine operation on the skull to reduce fractures of bones of the skull. Overall length is approximately 7" and the blade are is about 2" wide.
