This is a vintage Disney villain action figure from Disney's "Hercules" video movie. The one-eyed Cyclops monster was made by Mattel / Arcotoys for Disney in 1997, and is now retired.  It has never been removed from the card (MOC), but the packaging does have some shelf wear and/or damage.
Although I try to mention any significant flaws that I see, it is being sold as is, and may have minor paint and manufacturing mold flaws, so please look closely at the pictures and ask any questions before bidding.  Please ask about the condition of the box if that is important to you.
He would make a unique cake topper, and would also be a perfect model to customize for your own one-of-a-kind (OOAK) creations, or a wonderful addition to a diorama display, as the supporting characters are often harder to find than the heroes are, even when they are first released.
