ITEM DESCRIPTION
Set of 12 new inner fender, cowl or firewall splash seal (shield) attaching staples. These are the staples used to attach the various composite rubber seals to the outer edges of exterior body panels. They are roughly 3/8" in length from the bottom of the head down to the edge, and can vary about 1/16" either shorter or longer.  Not all replacement seals on the market come with staples or sometimes you need extra.
IMPORTANT!
GM used special tools when initially installing these staples with the various splash shields. For those of us with just hand tools, the staples can be fed into the original holes and hammer / dollied tight. Sometimes you can successfully cinch them with just vice grips.
CONDITION -
New USA made - these are bare steel.

1962 - 79 Chevy II / Nova all models and body styles.
