    I do not have the spoon for this item
    This jam jar is approximately 4 inches tall.  I measured across the top of the opening on
    the little boy's head and it is 3" across
    I did not see any chips or cracks
    There is some crazing
    I did not clean the item, but it is relatively clean overall.
    Also, there is a dark spot on the back of the jar in the boy's hair.
