    W. A. Sheaffer Pen Co., Pat. Aug 25, '08 Fort Madison IA USA, Dec 10 '12 Jan 27 Oct 26 Nov 24 '14 on side of fountain pen.  It is 6 3/4" long.  Nib is Sheaffer's Lifetime Reg. US. Pat Off. Made in USA 5090721.  Lever still has a spring to it.  By the lever is a white dot and then to the side of the lever someone has scratched something off, maybe a name but not sure.  Do not think that there was a cap for this pen, probably has a desk holder.
